You don’t get many weekends like this – especially not for free! On March 3 and 4 from 10am to 4pm, the 30 Days of Health & Wellbeing Spa Weekend hits The Cloud on Auckland’s Waterfront.

There’s something for everybody. In the Mind Zone you’ll gain valuable insights in seminars from experts such as dietitian MaryRose Spence, NZ registered nutritionist Nikki Hart and fitness guru Lee-Anne Wann and leading skincare and wellbeing advisors. You’ll also get the chance to take fitness classes such the Les Mills BODYATTACK®, BODYBALANCE® and SH’BAM™ plus Pilates and Zumba. You can interact with a range of health and wellbeing exhibitors to gain one-on-one advice – plus enjoy a little pampering with pedicures and mini makeup makeovers. And the first 2000 people to register will receive goodie bags – because we know everybody loves free stuff!

Pilates Classes from Re:ab Pilates, in association with Clarins These fun 45-minute classes are designed to improve core strength, posture and flexibility. Fantastic on its own, or great to complement your existing sporting endeavours, pilates is a beneficial addition to everyone's health and wellness regimen. There are Clarins beauty packs and yoga mats to be given away to some lucky participants. |

DANIEL MULLETTE
Dove Research and Development Technical Manager Daniel Mullette has more than 10 years’ experience in his field and has been part of the development of six internationally patented products. Daniel is responsible for evaluating all Dove products and their skin benefits, as well as ensuring the products comply with strict New Zealand codes. He regularly educates industry insiders like beauty editors on the benefits and compositions of Dove products, and by attending one of the Dove seminars you’ll gain this inside information yourself.
TRUDI BREWER
With more than 20 years’ experience in magazine publishing, television and the beauty industry Trudi Brewer is one of this country’s best-known beauty authorities. She heads a team of five beauty editors at New Zealand’s leading publisher ACP Magazines on titles such as The Australian Woman’s Weekly, Cleo, Next, Fashion Quarterly, Woman’s Day and Good Health.
SARA CHATWIN
Sara Chatwin is a psychologist and social commentator in New Zealand and abroad. She aims to de-stigmatise psychology and allow people to consider options when faced with decisions and reaching a crossroads in their lives. Sara regularly contributes expert advice to Good Health magazine as well as radio and television shows. She runs a busy private practice in East Auckland and runs seminars in Australia and the USA.

Nikki Hart, NZ Registered Nutritionist Nikki Hart has been practising nutrition from 1995 since she received her post graduate diploma in dietetics from the University of Otago. She is a household name in New Zealand due to her many TV appearances, and operates a busy clinic, Nikki Hart Nutrition, in Auckland. Come to Nikki Hart's presentation on IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), which affects one in six New Zealand women, and discover the possibilities of symptom relief through diet manipulation. www.niceandnatural.co.nz
